Poetry : Now I must go

As I walk forward leaving a part of me back here

Pacing my every step as I go,

You couldn't comprehend that I left

Or what would life be now that I gone,

I want to turn back take one last look

But there isn't any light left that use to glow,

So I leave you now, breaking your heart

But it is not up to me to stay or go.

For love is a bird, you must hold it lightly

But not so lightly it flies away,

Same is for sand the bonds we hold so tightly

Sand slips out of your fingers and on the ground it lays,

You will be sad and pain will visit you nightly

But hopefully time would take the pain away,

So I leave you now, breaking your heart

But it is not up to me to stay or go.

Don't attach yourself to the body I once had

As it lies there lifeless, 

I lived my life fully with no regrets,

Now I want you to live your life and never be sad

And hope that you will be out of this distress,

I know you will make me proud and I will be glad

When you move on with your life to reach your success.

So I leave you now, breaking your heart

But it is not up to me to stay or go,

I will always love you

This you should always know

And my love for you will never erode,

Sadly its not for me to stay or go.
